     The purpose of education is to meet the needs of all learners socially, intellectually, physically, and emotionally. It is important to make the classroom environment a space where every learners feels comfortable to share ideas with one another. People learn the best when they feel confident enough to work with one another to improve themselves in areas that they struggle. I will combine subjects when teaching to make sure that each learner has a way of understanding the information that is being taught to them. Cross curriculum should be used in the classroom to gain the interest of multiple or all learners rather than just a few. Not all learners excel in every subject, and it important that the learners are arranged into groups so that they can learn from one another. Learners should be grouped based on Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligence, not based on their level of competence in each subject. The teacher should strategically place learners with different intelligences together so they can learn how to learn in different ways.
